    Dump Co. Solutions is a waste management company based in Jacksonville, FL 32208, providing dumpster rentals, junk removal, house clean-outs, demolition, and related services.

    When you fill out a contact or booking form, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, service type, preferred date/time, and project description.

    Information Collected Automatically

    Information We Do NOT Collect

    We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, or payment card data. If we enable online payments, all card data will be handled by a PCI-compliant third-party provider and will never touch our servers.

    3. How We Use Your Information

    We use your information to provide services, communicate about your request, improve our website, and protect against abuse. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

    4. How We Share Your Information

    We may share data with service providers who process it on our behalf (cloud hosting, communication tools), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. Our AI chat assistant processes conversations through a third-party AI service provider; chat messages are used solely to generate responses and are not stored or retained by the provider beyond the session. We do not sell or share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

    Form submissions: 2 years. Chat conversations: session only (not persisted). Analytics data: per provider policy (typically 14–26 months). Security logs: 90 days.

    6. Your Privacy Rights

    You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Residents of other states with privacy laws have similar rights. We honor all valid requests regardless of your state.

    We implement reasonable safeguards including HTTPS encryption, rate limiting, access controls, and secure cloud hosting. No method is 100% secure — contact us immediately if you believe your information has been compromised.

    9. Children's Privacy

    Our website is for general audiences and not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact us at dumpco12@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.
